JAM NATION Terms And Conditions

  1. Term of membership is from the date of sign-up and payment through the conclusion of the current tour.
  2. Membership is per individual and is non-transferable. ID may be required at each event.
  3. Membership is non-refundable.
  4. Tour is not responsible for dates that cancel due to weather or circumstances beyond control of the tour. If a date cancels due to one of these reasons, member may choose another Jam Tour date for their free entrance.
  5. Free admission is for one show per membership, per term and must be selected during the sign-up process and MUST be the first show attended.
  6. Member must enter through the designated Jam Nation entrance. Entrance will be clearly marked at each venue and open one and a half hours before the scheduled "Door Time" at each Winter Jam show as advertised at jamtour.com. Entrance will remain open for members exclusively for 1 hour, after which exclusive right to secure seats cannot be guaranteed.
  7. Member must select seat of their choice prior to the general admission doors opening on day of show. Tour is not responsible for saving seats for members and there are no reserved seats or sections for members. Some restrictions may apply to seat selection based on existing venue contracts, tour promotions, etc.
  8. Members may not save additional seats. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats.
  9. Member must have either their Jam Nation pass or confirmation email present for admission through the designated Jam Nation venue entrance. ID may be required for admission. Only purchasing member may use the pass for admission.
  10. Member shall receive a voucher for $5 off any Winter Jam Tour merchandise purchase. This does not include artist merchandise. This voucher can only be redeemed at a live event with a minimum $20 purchase and you must present your voucher at time of purchase.
  11. Artists participating in the Jam Nation Q&A are subject to change and are scheduled at the discretion of the tour.
  12. Multiple show admission allows members to receive their Jam Nation membership benefits at each show (including early admission through the Jam Nation entrance with their pass or email confirmation, seats of their choice, early bird merchandise shopping, etc.) with the exception of free entrance. The general admission charge does apply and will be collected as they enter the venue.
  13. Some Jam Nation benefits do not apply to Super Jam dates. Super Jam dates will be labeled as such during your purchase.
  14. In order for member to take advantage of early admission, choice seating, Jam Nation Q&A and early bird merchandise shopping, member must be at the Jam Nation venue entrance prior to general admission doors opening. Tour is not responsible for delays in getting to the venue or the Jam Nation entrance, including traffic, parking, security checkpoints, etc. Jam Nation members MUST arrive at the Jam Nation Entrance during the exclusive Jam Nation entry period. Please allow ample time for traffic and parking. The Winter Jam Tour is not held liable if Jam Nation Members arrive later then this designated time and aren't able to select prime seats or are turned away. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
  15. Tour will not sell or give member email address to any business or individuals. Tour may, from time to time, send email offers from tour partners that tour believes member may be interested in. Member may opt-out of email list, but tour is not responsible for missed communication regarding membership, tour date details, etc.
  16. Jam Nation Group members receive all the benefits of an individual membership with the exception of the multiple show entrance benefit. Group passes will allow early and free admittance to only one Jam Tour show per term.
  17. Jam Nation memberships are available for purchase online only and are not available at the venue. Each category of Jam Nation membership has a limited allotment for each city and will be unavailable once that allotment is reached. This is done to protect the integrity of Winter Jam's core focus of offering the concert for a low donation at the door.
