Winter Jam has always had a "first come, first serve" admission policy. JAM NATION allows consumers to enter early to secure the seat of their choice, in addition to many other benefits like Exclusive T-shirt, Artist Q&A and More!

No. Your membership is for you and you alone and is not transferrable.
No. Your pass is barcoded with your information and cannot be used by another individual for early admission. ID may be required at each venue to confirm membership. If this policy is abused, member may lose membership benefits with no refund.
Your t-shirt, pass and merchandise discount voucher will be mailed to you once you join JAM NATION.
While most orders ship within one week, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your items within two weeks of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. WinterJam will make every effort to have your order to you before your show. However if shipping is delayed and order is not received you may still receive early entry by printing a temporary pass.
We encourage you to join Jam Nation as early as possible. Memberships are sold on a "first come, first serve" basis and there are a limited # sold in every market. If there are memberships still available, you can join up until the day of the show.
If memberships are no longer available (see store.jamtour.com for details), you can still enter through our General Admission line.
You will need either your JAM NATION Collectable Pass or your e-mail confirmation. ID may be required to confirm your membership (remember, membership is per individual and is not transferrable.)
No. All JAM NATION Memberships must be ordered in advance online. But you are more than welcome to purchase a Membership the day of show online. If you order too late to get your pass in the mail, no worries, simply bring your email confirmation for early admission thru the JAM NATION entrance. You can also purchase a JAM NATION Membership online via your cell phone, as long as you can show the receipt on your phone to the JAM NATION Coordinator at the door.

There are three levels of JAM NATION Memberships: the Individual Platinum membership costs $49.99 (+ S&H); the Group Premium membership costs $41.99 per person (+ S&H); and the Group Basic membership costs $34.99 per person (+ S&H).
All proceeds of JAM NATION help offset the operating costs of The Winter Jam Tour Spectacular. The revenue from JAM NATION helps us maintain a high quality ministry- focused concert experience while offering an incredibly affordable general admission price at the door.
No. You can get great seats by paying the low general admission price at the door. Remember though, Winter Jam is a first come-first served event, and we cannot guarantee admission without a JAM NATION Membership. Although the vast majority of seats are available for general admission, to get the best seats without being a JAM NATION Member, we recommend getting there as early as possible. Depending on venue size and capacity, some shows do sell out. JAM NATION members enter at a private entrance and have access to early seating so they are guaranteed a great seat provided they arrive during the Exclusive Jam Nation entry time.
Yes. All JAM NATION Members will receive exclusive access to the seat of their choice provided they arrive during the exclusive Jam Nation Entry Time on the day of their show. JAM NATION Members are responsible to choose their seats prior to the General Admission doors and assume all risks of potentially losing it to someone else if they leave their seat. (Please note a minimal amount of seating may be reserved by the Tour or Venue for Radio Winners, Artist Family, etc and will be marked as such with official Tour Signage and unavailable for seating.)
No. Unfortunately you must be a JAM NATION Member to receive the benefits of reserving a choice seat prior to general admission. Venue security and tour personnel will ask you to remove any signs, or personal items being used to save seats for anyone not already present in the venue.
If you are attending a Thursday or Friday show, the JAM NATION entrance will be open exclusively from 4:30PM - 5:30PM. If you are attending a Saturday or Sunday show, the JAM NATION entrance will be open exclusively from 3:30PM - 4:30PM. These times could vary depending on venue regulations, so please check your email confirmation and the times listed on jamtour.com for more details. Please keep in mind, if you do not arrive during the exclusive entry time, the Tour cannot guarantee you will be able to select the seat of your choice due to the Fire Marshall's rules and regulations.
The only way to guarantee that you will get into the show and select the seat of your choice is to arrive during the Jam Nation exclusive entry time before the General Admission doors open. Once general admission doors open, you may still enter through Jam Nation Entrance but will no longer be guaranteed the best seating. Since Winter Jam is a General Admission show the local Fire Marshall has the final say on when the doors will be closed due to venue capacity and fire codes. In the event that the venue fills to capacity and the Fire Marshall shuts the doors – NO ONE will be allowed to enter the venue (this is a situation that is out of the control of the Winter Jam Tour). .
We HIGHLY suggest that you allow ample time for traffic, parking your vehicle, and locating the JAM NATION entrance to be assured of early admission and preferred seating. Winter Jam will not be responsible for any delays you experience!
Due to day of show schedules and commitments, Winter Jam cannot guarantee which artist or artists will attend the Q&A. However, we do guarantee that at least one main stage artist will participate. The Q&A will last between 10-20 minutes depending on the day of show schedule.
The JAM NATION Q&A is scheduled to take place at 5:25PM on Thursdays and Fridays and 4:25PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Times may vary depending on day of show schedule and commitments. Q&A will take place from the main stage.

Yes. There are two levels of Group Memberships (for 10 or more ordered): Group Premium and Group Basic memberships. The Group Premium membership is $41.99 per member and the Group Basic membership is $34.99 per member. Please note that once group orders are placed they cannot be added to. Please make sure you have accounted for all members of your group before placing order. If additional memberships are needed after your order is placed you may not add to your order, however, Individual Platinum memberships can be ordered in any increment as long as they are still available for your show.
Yes, in a few ways. The Group Premium and the Group Basic passes will be labeled "group" and group members cannot take advantage of the multiple show admittance benefit.
The Group PREMIUM membership gives groups all the benefits of the Individual Platinum membership with the exception of early admission to multiple shows. The Group BASIC membership gives groups all of the benefits of the Group Premium membership with the exception of NO limited edition-shirt is included.
Memberships last from the date of payment through the conclusion of the current tour.
If a show gets cancelled, your membership remains the same. You will receive your collectable JAM NATION T-shirt, pass, and lanyard in the mail and you will still have the chance to attend another live show for free as long as you have your JAM NATION pass or your email confirmation. Refunds will NOT be issued if a show gets cancelled. Email email@example.com with specific questions.
Once Jam Nation Memberships are placed, they may not be changed, added to, or refunded. Please look over your order carefully before submitting and make sure you have everyone in your group accounted for. JAM NATION Members MUST arrive at the JAM NATION entrance during the exclusive entry time (listed on store.jamtour.com). Please allow for traffic and parking time. The Winter Jam Tour is not held liable if JAM NATION members arrive later then the designated time and are turned away or do not receive premium seating.
